CRC participated in advocacy efforts, which included filing an amicus in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit in In re: Serta Simmons Bedding LLC urging reversal of the lower court's decision. In addition, CRC submitted letters to the Judicial Conference and the Southern District of Texas to urging the end of the practice of judge shopping.
