The 100 hour courses included tool safety, trade math, plans reading, material knowledge, workplace vocabulary, measuring, budgeting, project management from hard skills. Also, skills like teamwork, customer service, personal management, problem solving, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills were embedded in the hands on projects that teach them the hard skills. In addition, the two instructors also spent hundreds of hours mentoring current and former students that included career and job placement services.
