EACH MEMBER COMMUNITY WILL ASSIGN ITS ANNUAL CMED CREDIT FROM THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT TO AMR AND WILL ALSO CONTRIBUTE A PERCENTAGE OF THEIR COST BASED ON POPULATION, AS REPORTED IN THE MOST RECENT ANNUAL UNITED STATES CENSUS POPULATION FIGURES.
