Transitional Housing Program: Accomplishments: This program has provided secure stable housing for numerous individuals as they transitioned from substance abuse to recovery. The number of individuals housed: 28 in the year of 2023 Age range: 19-60 Average length of stay is 218 days Medications: 78percent of residents utilized medications for mental health and/or substance abuse. Success rate of residents maintaining sobriety after leaving the program: Average length of sobriety 329 days, 43percent of the residents completed the program, the other 57percent left prior to graduation. 69percent of residents remained sober. Medella House has developed and maintained a recovery housing program that offers a structured and supportive environment for individuals in early recovery. This program caters to individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and co-occurring Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and Mental Health (MH) conditions. This program includes peer support, life skills training, and case management services. Medella House integrates therapeutic activities such as group therapy, relapse prevention planning, and recreational activities to promote a healthy lifestyle. Medella House has a 5 year goal to expand the comprehensive services of the program to 3 additional homes which would allow Medella House to increase services by 300percent. The expansion of this program will provide invaluable resources to women in recovery. Medella House addresses the critical need for stability in the lives of individuals in recovery. By providing a safe and secure environment, Medella House ensures that residents have the foundation they need to focus on their recovery without the stress of housing instability. This stability is crucial for long-term recovery and helps reduce relapse rates.

Counseling and Therapy Services: Accomplishments: The counseling program provided individual and group therapy sessions that led to measurable improvements in clients' mental health and coping skills. Client feedback: 65 percent of residents reported gaining therapeutic coping skills from therapy sessions. 70 percent of residents reported being able to identify triggers. 81 percent of residents reported counseling sessions provided valuable life skills. Progress in achieving personal recovery goals: 50 percent of residents utilized the therapeutic skills to complete and graduate the sober living program.
