THE COHORT OF SPIRITUAL CARE LEADERS INDENTIFY PROBLEMS TO RESHAPE RELIGIOUS COMMUNITIES' ENGAGEMENT WITH DEMOCRACY AND CREATE NEW SPIRITUAL PATHWAYS FOR HEALING.
