Our mission is to equip Black-owned small businesses in their first five years with culturally relevant programs, resources, and community that build resilient operational foundations, so that businesses don't just launch, they last. We do this by focusing on the operational fundamentals that determine long-term survival: cash flow management, systems building, hiring, and sustainable growth strategies, always with the whole business owner in mind, not just the business.
