AMIP received a Dept of Commerce grant as a sub-awardee to the OMA and supporting grants from the OMA. It has also applied for grants with the State of Ohio Office of Workforce Transformation and GE Foundation. Our membership is fee based with members from manufacturing, education, community based organizations and supporting companies. Focusing on the Greater Cincinnati region, the organization serves OH, KY, and IN. AMIP seeks to serve charitable and education purposes. AMIP works with employers, educators, and community organizations to engage advanced manufacturing awareness and education for students, underserved populations, and those seeking a career change.
