IN 2025, WE HAD 2532 CONVERSATIONS WITH EMPLOYERS VIA PODCASTS, LIVE BROADCASTS, VIRTUAL CALLS, AND IN-PERSON MEETINGS TO DISCUSS THE IMPORTANCE OF ADVOCATING FOR EMPLOYEES, ESPECIALLY REGARDING SUPPLYING LIVING WAGE EMPLOYMENT. WE ALSO INCREASED OUR ADVOCATES TO 120 PARTNERS IN 10 COUNTRIES. OUR TIME2CHANGE PODCAST REACHED THE TOP 47 SPOT OVER 2K NONPROFIT PODCASTS, AND HAS 4 TIMES REACHED THE TOP 100 CHARTS OF ALL BUSINESS PODCASTS (OVER 15K). OUR REACH ON YOUTUBE HAS GROWN TO 3300 SUBSCRIBERS WITH A TOTAL OF 572K VIEWS AND WE ADDED OUR AUDIO FILES TO ALL OF THE MAJOR PODCAST PLATFORMS FOR SEASON 7 TO INCREASE TOTAL VIEWS ON ALL PLATFORMS TO 1.2M VIEWS. OUR ALLIES4GOOD NEWSLETTER HAS REACHED A TOTAL VIEWERSHIP OF 730 SUBSCRIBERS WITH A 75% AVERAGE OPEN RATE WHICH IS DOUBLE THE INDUSTRY STANDARD. PEOPLE WANT OT KNOW WHAT WE ARE DOING AND FOLLOW OUR PROGRESS INTENTLY. THE HOME PAGE OF OUR WEBSITE HAD 527K UNIQUE VISITORS.

TRANSFORMATION KITCHEN: WE CONTINUE TO WORK WITH THE BOYS & GIRLS CLUB OF NEWBURGH TO TEACH DISADVANTAGED YOUTH AGES 13-17 CULINARY SKILLS. WE SUCCESSFULLY FUNDRAISED TO OPEN OUR FIRST TK IN MATAGALPA, NICARAGUA, WHICH PROVIDES WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO A HIGHLY POVERTY AFFECTED SPANISH SPEAKING COMMUNITY. FROM JUNE 10TH TO DECEMBER 31, 2025, WE SAW 1207 CHILDREN AND ADULTS ALIKE, TOOK CLASSES IN THIS UNIQUE SCHOOL. THESE STUDENTS BUILT 25 BUSINESSES, SUPPLYING MUCH NEEDED INCOME TO THEIR FAMILIES. OVER 750 HOUSEHOLDS WERE SHOWN INTENTIAL WAYS TO PROVIDE NUTRITIOUS MEALS FOR THEIR FAMILIES, WHILE MAINTAINING HIGHER SANITATION AWARENESS. BECAUSE OF THE SUCCESS OF THIS PROGRAM, WE HAVE BEEN ASKED TO OPEN LOCATIONS IN VARIOUS CITIES AND STATES WITHIN THE U.S. AND WITHIN MULTIPLE COUNTRIES. OUR GOAL IS 20 LOCATIONS IN 2026 WITH OUR FIRST LOCATION IN THE U.S. OPENING IN NY IN THE FIRST QUARTER.
