AddiEun Foundation, in partnership with the Social Justice Agency, worked to amplify the voices of women leaders through global antiracism initiatives. We engaged 10 global thought leaders to serve at catalysts for change through community development initiatives. These initiatives sought to address the inequalities in post-apartheid South Africa related to social, economic and racial inequality. AddiEun Foundation engaged 25 women leaders working across mission-driven agencies. We invested in their growth potential through leadership coaching, skill-building and peer learning. This included preparing them to lead work environments that were equitable and inclusive, centering worker needs across industries for the betterment of the community.
