Rebuilt coaching - Rebuilt's mission is to make disciples by helping other parishes make disciples. The rebuild coaching team walks alongside a church's team while they navigate the rebuilding efforts at their parish to help take their rebuilding efforts from ideas to implementation. The rebuilt coaching includes group learning and personal coaching. Our curriculum is built around our strategic anchors of leadership, the weekend experience and growing deeper & wider in discipleship. Rebuilt Parish is coaching thirty parishes. Rebuilt Parish also offers to churches access to a content library for parish programs homilies, small group, & childrens liturgy, speakers on the Rebuilt Parish strategy, weekend observations, on-demand courses, podcasts, and free webinars. Over eighty parishes utilize the content library and over 800 people registered for the webinars. During fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, Church of the Nativity provided staff to support the program, valued at $180,350. Also, Coaching is supported by volunteer ministers who provided approx. 3,100 hours valued at $120,000.

The Rebuilt Conference is designed for church leaders who are looking to renew their parish by learning about and discussing the Rebuilt Parish model. The two-day agenda is full of action-oriented breakout sessions on a variety of topics along with sessions led by keynote speakers. The Conference is planned to be a bi-annual event.
