We are near the end of renovating a total of 60 homes for low income people. Thus far we have replaced 44 full roofs, 96 windows, 5 attic insulations, 23 new porch constructions, 2 door replacements, 1 major plumbing repair and 3 sheetrock repairs. One home had the floor and sub-floor replaced. Officers time is on a volunteer basis and the entity incurs no salary expense. Expenses consisted solely of donations and payments to contractors for roof replacement, window replacement or floors on the homes of people meeting the definition of "low income" in their respective geocode. One volunteer receives some income as contract labor for his services on a part time basis.
