Immigrant Youth Fellowship - IYF The Immigrant Youth Fellowship (IYF) Program is a 15-week paid fellowship for first-generation, low-income immigrant and undocumented individuals, to increase career and professional roles in social justice. OUTREACH - Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications (OCPSC) Coordinating under the Office of Community Partnerships and Strategic Communications, IEIYC promoted Californias most important statewide public awareness and community engagement initiatives, including Save Our Water, Vaccinate all 58, Extreme Heat, and Individual Taxpayer Identification Number.
