Medical equipment has already been installed at KHMC. This sets the stage for the hospital to start delivering high-quality care without major delays. We had multiple medical mission teams visit that partnered with local doctors to provide advanced care. We are looking to hire a medical director soon to run the medical center.

Community Development & Assistance Arise Rwanda has trained 102 women leaders representing others, with the aim of enhancing their capacity and promoting sustainable development, as well as providing training in entrepreneurship and the Word of God. By the end of 2025, Arise Rwanda has supported 34 groups composed of 2,732 women and 205 men. Have cow program is a government cluster designated to boost the poor people for having sustainable welfare. In support of the national Girinka Munyarwanda program, and with the goal of improving community livelihoods. Arise Rwanda has provided 10 cows, 6 pigs, and 2 chickens to vulnerable beneficiaries. To improve the living conditions of vulnerable households, Arise Rwanda has supported the construction of 7 houses for vulnerable beneficiaries, in collaboration with students from the Building and Construction department at Kivu Hills Academy (KHA) and through the community service (Umuganda) program. In 2025, Arise Rwanda has contributed to improving the quality of education by paying school fees to 231 students at Kivu Hills Academy. Arise Rwanda provided food assistance to 3 vulnerable families as part of its commitment to improving community welfare. Arise Rwanda also supported youth engaged in football by providing assistance such as two different football equipment, uniforms, and transport allowances during the competitions.AdministrationLocal Rwandan staff support and ensure the mission accomplishments through planning, budgeting and oversight of each project. They prepare annual budgets for the school, community development programs and any special projects identified by the local leaders. The staff prepare financial and program reports and quarterly newsletters. The founder and executive director reports to the USA board of directors and is responsible for providing content and communications with the donors. Both the executive director and the finance director oversee and monitor the funds provided for each program.
