THROUGH ADVOCACY, EDUCATION, AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT, WE WORK TO: GIVE SUPPORT TO FAMILIES WITH CHD- SUPPORT FAMILIES: WE OFFER A BRAVE BEGINNINGS TRAVEL CARE PACKAGE, BEREAVEMENT SUPPORT, CONNECTIONS TO THE MONTANA HEART COMMUNITY, AND ONE- ON-ONE SUPPORT FROM A MONTANA HEART MOM FOR FAMILIES NAVIGATING A NEW CHD DIAGNOSIS. RAISE AWARENESS: INCREASE PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING OF CHD THROUGH CAMPAIGNS, EVENTS, AND PARTNERSHIPS.
