Services were provided across a range of payment options to increase access to care, including 51 clients served on a pro bono basis, 13 clients receiving services on a sliding scale, and 17 clients receiving services not otherwise covered by insurance or other funding sources. Services included trauma-informed care for veterans, families, and individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. Basic Needs & Support Services: 50 individuals received food supplementation assistance.105 individuals were provided masks and other health related supplies. 2 clients received loans for food, housing or bill assistance. Advocacy & Case Management. 4 clients were assisted with government disability claims. 1 clients received referrals for Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) services. Crisis Intervention. 1 clients were supported through voluntary psychiatric holds. Professional Training. 1 counselors received specialized training in veteran PTSD intervention, enhancing the organization's capacity to provide trauma-informed care.
