THESE FOCUS GROUPS WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN IDENTIFYING THE UNIQUE CHALLENGES FACED BY DIFFERENT GROUPS, ALLOWING TAILORED SUPPORT SERVICES TO BETTER MEET THE NEEDS OF THE COMMUNITY.EXPANDED SERVICES TO INCLUDE MULTILINGUAL CASE MANAGEMENT FOR IMMIGRANT AND BLACK BIPOC COMMUNITIES, ENSURING INDIVIDUALS FROM VARIOUS LINGUISTIC BACKGROUNDS COULD ACCESS AND BENEFIT FROM THE SUPPORT PROVIDED. HOSTED IN-PERSON BLACK HISTORY MONTH HEALTH & WELLNESS FAIR, FURTHER ENHANCING COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT. THE ORGANIZATION WAS APPROVED FOR GRANTS TO ADDRESS HEALTH EQUITY WITH OLDER PERSONS AND CONTINUED OUR WORK ON THE ORAL HEALTH DISPARITIES AMONG ADULTS & CHILDREN IN BIPOC COMMUNITY, REFLECTING ITS ONGOING EFFORTS TO ADDRESS CRITICAL HEALTH ISSUES WITHIN THESE GROUPS.THROUGH THESE INITIATIVES, THE ORGANIZATION DEMONSTRATED A STEADFAST COMMITMENT TO FOSTERING A DIVERSE AND INCLUSIVE COMMUNITY, PROVIDING COMPREHENSIVE AND ACCESSIBLE SERVICES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF ITS MEMBERS.
