As part of this program, ID8 is producing a feature-length documentary on the origin, history and meaning of the Shaka gesture. The film was in full production through 2023, shooting 60+ interviews at various locations on the island of Oahu. Typical crews for shoots ranged from 2-6 in 2023, music team featured 26 artists and engineers, post-production team included 10.
