The primary forms of education are literacy training financial-budgeting seminars and vocational programs for sewing cosmetology and computer science. The economic empowerment building on the literacy and financial seminars includes microloans and providing tools such as manual sewing machines for graduates of the vocational programs and a place for micro-savings. There is also assistance for children of the women helping a maximum of two family with school uniforms and supplies and some with assistance for the final state exams for which one must pay but which are the only standard of recognition for an educated person.assistance for safety and survival to the poor women and children of its community. FEBA also provides health-survival services including food medical support counseling and aid for member victims of violence or disaster.
