Research and Student Services - Employer partnerships, internship placement, and career navigation services that prepare college-age Scholars for entry and advancement in the tech workforce. Services include employer matchmaking and referral to paid internship opportunities, resume and technical interview coaching, certification support and industry office hours, workplace-readiness workshops, and structured post-internship conversion pathways to early-career roles. Program evaluation focuses on internship placement, certification attainment, participant feedback, and is expanding to include conversion-to-hire rates and longitudinal employment outcomes.
