CAMP RAINBOW GOLD SUPPORTS CHILDREN WITH CANCER AND THEIR ENTIRE FAMILIES YEAR ROUND. OUR "SURVIVORS SUPPORTING SURVIVORS" PROGRAM IS DESIGNED BY YOUNG ADULT CANCER SURVIVORS FOR CANCER SURVIVORS BETWEEN THE AGES OF 13-18 YEARS OLD. FUN ACTIVITIES ALLOW PARTICIPANTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO TALK ABOUT THE STRUGGLES OF A CANCER DIAGNOSIS WHILE ENJOYING A COOKING CLASS, BOWLING, PADDLE BOARD OR ATTENDING LOCAL PERFORMANCES. WE ALSO HAVE FAMILY EVENTS THAT INCLUDE THINGS LIKE HALLOWEEN CARNIVALS, SPORTING EVENTS, AS WELL AS ALWAYS HOSTING A SPRING AND FALL FAMILY EVENT AND DOING OTHER TOUCH POINTS LIKE HOLIDAY MAILINGS. IN ADDITION, WE WORK TO HELP CONNECT THE FAMILIES TO COMMUNITY RESOURCES AND OTHER OPPORTUNITIES THAT ARE SHARED WITH US.
