Grant provided resources through Workforce Investments program to engage persons age 16-24 in career building, continued learning and mentoring. We held classes for persons in the community by providing job training in construction education. We also held career fairs to get people in the community aware of the opportunities we provide and also to apply for positions that are available in the Decatur/Macon County area. We held training classes for Pre-CNA, Manufacturing, Childcare, Pre-Apprenticeship for Construction, Law Enforcement, and Hospitality/Tourism.
