Our program prepares young woman to become leaders in our society. They not only learn skills in planning and leading events and meetings but we also teach compassion for others through our annual service projects. The girls are encouraged to build friendships through travel to other jurisdictions as well as our 3-day annual meeting. Leadership camps teach multigenerational skills as well as helpful instruction to become organized strong leaders. The bonds they make with other members and leaders instill the friendship and skills they need to become whatever they desire to become. Our programs build the confidence and self-esteem to recognize opportunities and know how to utilize those opportunities for positive results.
