THE LIBRARY IS OPERATED BY KITSAP REGIONAL LIBRARY, A SEPARATE INDEPENDENT ORGANIZATION, WHICH PROVIDES MATERIALS, STAFF, AND TECHNICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT.
