University Temple Children's School was founded in 1970 and is one of Seattle's outstanding centers for early childhood development by virtue of its commitment to child-centered learning in a holistic, nurturing, and safe environment. Our core values of open communication, inclusiveness, and shared responsibility are practiced in all relationships between members of UTCS (students, parents, teachers, staff, and Board). We currently offer full day care for children ages 12 months-6 years and we prioritize half of our enrollment spots for low-income families using the Working Connections Child Care Subsidy.
