King County Relicensing Program LELO's driving while driving license suspended in Thrith Degree (DWLS3D) assisted low-income drivers who are interested in recover their driving license. The program accepts any low income who has unpaid tickets in King County District Court. The DWLS3D are help individuals to navigate the court system, educate them on their rights and advocate for themselves. LELO assisted its clients appeals the Washington State and out of the state courts and received very affordable outcomes. In 2023 the Relicensing Program enrolled 65 clients and 16 regain their driver's license.

APALA: Collaboration with The Asian Pacific American Labor Alliance (APALA), AFL-CIO, is the first and only national organization of Asian American and Pacific Islanders (APPI) most of who are union members and APALA works with LELO as partner to advance workers, immigrant and civil rights. APALA and LELO have played a unique roll addressing the work place issues of their 660,00 union members an serving as a bridge between labor board and the APPI community. Backed with strong support of the AFL-CIO. The collaboration between APALA and LELO is dedicate to promoting political education, empowerment and leadership of AAPIs within labor movement and APA community. Together APALA and LELO organize six educational sessions by Zoom and a National Conference in Seattle.

LELO's Food Equity Program (FEP) has been successfully planned, funded, and implemented a grassroots effort to provide our multi-racial community with organic vegetables and fruits, methods to prepare healthy foods, knowledge of how to take care of our health and education on what food sovereignty is as an alternative to the food system we currently have. The Food Equity Program distributed 75 boxes of produces and fruit very week from June to September. From June to middle of September LELO distributed 880 boxes with with average 12 pounds of food. Every other week we have educational sessions to talk about important issues relate to our food the importance to take care our environment. Inflation and the high cost of living aggravated by the post-pandemic have increased hunger and poverty. We worked to organize our communities to ensure that all people have access to healthy food, it is our human right!
