TESTS ARE GIVEN TO DETERMINE SKILL IMPROVEMENTS OF THE STUDENTS AND ANDVANCED CLASSES FOR HIGHER SKILL LEVELS ARE OFFERED THAT CAN EVENTUALLY ALLOW THE STUDENT TO EARN A BLACK BELT - THE TOP SKILL LEVEL. THESE CLASSES, IN ADDITION TO TEACHING THE SKILLS, ALSO TEACH THE STUDENT THE CREED OF KARATE TO RESPECT OTHERS, ENGAGE IN NON-VIOLENT BEHAVIOR, AND THERE ARE AN ESTIMATED 15-20 VOLUNTEER INSTRUCTORS THAT LEAD THESE VARIOUS SKILL LEVEL CLASSES AND THEY ARE MANAGED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS ENTITY.
