Residential Living is a community-based program that supports adults living in the housing option of their choice, including apartments, condos, duplexes, or single-family homes. Individuals receive personalized assistance based on their needs and preferences. Support may include help with banking, shopping, medical or dental appointments, recreational planning, and other daily living activities. The program also includes two staffed apartment communities, one in Wenatchee and one in East Wenatchee where residents receive the same comprehensive services within a more supported, on-site environment. Across all settings, Residential Living provides 24-hour staffing or on-call support, seven days a week, ensuring that participants have access to assistance during scheduled times as well as for emergent needs.

Vocational - The Organization contracts with the County to provide individual Supported Employment services to assist adults with developmental disabilities in finding a job in the community. Staff assist with the job search, application, interview process, and job coaching once a job is secured by the participant. They also provide Community Inclusion which provides individualize support to help people participate in typical community activities like classes, clubs, volunteering, recreation, and social groupsbased on their personal interests. These activities are meant to be integrated with the general public and accessible within a reasonable distance from home.
