Parent to Parent, Sibshops, Mothers and Fathers Networks, as well as many other opportunities are offered. Its intention is to give all members of the family the tools necessary to be a healthy happy family unit raising a loved one with a disability. Leaders receive information, training and support to effectively advocate for individuals with disabilities. Help families navigate the special education system through the IEP Parent Partner Program. The IEP Parent Partner Program is a program that trains and matches IEP Partners with parents wanting support at their childs IEP meeting. Approximate number served: 1500.
