#1 WRAP - Wellness Recovery Action Plan is a 16 hour (total) class to help participants identify what makes them well and then uses wellness tools to relieve difficult feeling and maintain wellness. Several of these classes were provided during 2023. There were 109 participants. #2 Family to Family is an 8 class course for adults who have a loved one living with a mental health disorder. These are offered up to 4 times a year. In this program there were 1,373 participants. #3 Connections and Family Support Groups are confidential, safe support groups for adults living with a mental health condition, and another for their family members. These groups meet online weekly and in person once a month with 52 participants in 2023. #4 Trusted Adult teaches adults how they can play a role in the success and wellbeing of our youth through creating a trusting relationship.
