OUR PRE-APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM CONSISTS OF 280 HOURS OF TRAINING INCLUDING TRADES MATH, PHYSICAL FITNESS, BASIC CONSTRUCTION, CAREER EXPLORATION AND ESSENTIAL SKILLS. ANEW PLACES 80% OF GRADUATES IN FAMILY WAGE CAREERS STARTING AT OVER $20.00 PER HOUR.
