Flying House Productions (FHP) is home to two of the largest community choruses in America: Seattle Men's Chorus (SMC) founded in 1979, and Seattle Women's Chorus(SWC), which made its premier on stage in 2002. The two choruses combined boast 450 volunteer singers and associate support volunteers both artistic and administrative. FHP is Washington State's largest and most influential choral organization in terms of budget, audience, exposure, and ensemble size. Together the choruses are known to be among the largest LGBTQ choruses in America, with more than 20,000 people attending their concert season series, and tens of thousands more seeing the choruses in other regional performances and digitally every year.
