IN 2025, THE COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER OF SNOHOMISH COUNTY (CHC) PROVIDED 157,973 MEDICAL ENCOUNTERS TO OVER 54,754 PATIENTS ACROSS TWELVE CLINICAL SITES: EIGHT IN EVERETT, TWO IN LYNNWOOD, ONE IN EDMONDS, AND ONE IN ARLINGTON. OUR SERVICES ENCOMPASS COMPREHENSIVE PRIMARY MEDICAL CARE FOR BOTH CHILDREN AND ADULTS, WITH A FOCUS ON A WHOLE-PERSON, PATIENT-CENTERED APPROACH.
