TO IMPOSE MAINTENANCE CHARGES AND HOOKUP CHARGES AND LEVY ASSESSMENTS TO BE COLLECTED AND USED IN FURTHERANCE OF THE PURPOSES OF THE ASSOCIATION IN THE MANNER AND IN THE AMOUNT AS MAY BE PROVIDED IN ITS BYLAWS.
