FISCAL YEAR 2023 (FY23) HAS PROVEN TO BE ONE OF OUR MORE CHALLENGING YEARS IN REGARDS TO HOME CONSTRUCTION (PARTICULARLY THE PACE OF CONSTRUCTION), AND AT THE SAME TIME ONE OF OUR MOST PIVOTAL YEARS AS WE LOOK TO THE FUTURE AND STRATEGICALLY PREPARE FOR WHAT IS COMING DOWN THE PIKE.IN REGARDS TO HOME CONSTRUCTION WE KNEW, DUE TO SIGNIFICANT DELAYS IN PROJECT PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT, THAT OUR LARGER PROJECTS WOULD NOT BE COMING ONLINE THIS YEAR. LEAVING US WITH A DILEMMA, HOW DO WE CONTINUE BUILDING? THE SOLUTION WAS FOUND IN AN UNLIKELY, BUT VERY IMPACTFUL, PARTNERSHIP WITH A LOCAL DEVELOPER. WHILE WE WAIT FOR OUR LARGER PROJECTS TO NAVIGATE THE MUNICIPAL APPROVAL PROCESS WE WERE ABLE TO BEGIN NEGOTIATING A PARTNERSHIP WITHIN THE BADGER MOUNT SOUTH DEVELOPMENT FOR 2 ADJACENT LOTS. AT THE SAME TIME WE WERE DELIGHTED TO ANNOUNCE THE DEDICATION OF OUR 7TH AND FINAL HOME AT THE N. WEHE AVENUE PROJECT IN PASCO.
