Acres of Diamonds is a place of hope and transformation for moms and children seeking stability. We provide transitional supportive housing for up to 22 families at a time, offering not just shelter, but a pathway to lasting independence. Our program serves mothers with young children who are unhoused at intake, many of whom are overcoming addiction recovery or escaping domestic violence. Over the past year, we have helped more than 40 families, including 104 children, find safety and support. But housing is just the beginning. Our comprehensive services include behavioral health counseling, case management, substance use recovery support, child development programs, employment readiness and job search assistance, financial planning, secondary education coaching, and advocacy for childrens educational needs.
