IMPACT WASHINGTON IS AN AFFILIATE OF THE NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF STANDARDS AND TECHNOLOGY'S MANUFACTURING EXTENSION PROGRAM (NIST MEP). SINCE 1997, IW HAS PROVIDED CONSULTING SERVICES TO MANUFACTURERS TO HELP THEM STRENGTHEN THEIR WORKFORCE AND GROW THEIR BUSINESSES. OVER THE PAST 5 YEARS, THESE IMPACTS HAVE INCREASED SALES BY 376M, RETAINED SALES BY 851M, INCREASED INVESTMENT BY 443M, CREATED AND RETAINED 6,961 JOBS, AND PROVIDED COST SAVINGS OF 240M.
