THE ORGANIZATION'S OBJECTIVE IS TO ASSIST CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIVISION OF COMPUTER COMPANIES TO MEET THE DEMANDS OF THEIR PRODUCT'S CUSTOMERS. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT DIVISIONS OF COMPUTER COMPANIES ARE WORKING TOGETHER, THROUGH THE CONSORTIUM, TO DEVELOP STRATEGIES TO REDUCE CUSTOMER SUPPORT COSTS AND INCREASE CUSTOMER SUPPORT QUALITY.
