Program accomplishments include the following: robust neighborhood promotion via website, social media, advertising campaign, Pioneer Square Map & Guide, and the implementation of a historic walking tour. Under our public realm work we hosted a Spring Clean event, addressed graffiti throughout the neighborhood all year long, and added multiple street level murals. Our business development program conducted technical assistance throughout the year, actively recruited new businesses into the district, and completed a market study for a deeper understanding of how to steward economic recovery.
