We are the nation's leading employer of people with disabilities and share our expertise with other entities seeking to create an inclusive workforce. Our customized employment services include vocational training, on-the-job support, scholarships, and paid internships. In addition to helping people with disabilities, we also assist veterans, former foster youth, and trafficking survivors.Our programs for people with disabilities are designed to build skills that lead to personal and professional growth as well as increased independence. Individual plans are designed around each person's personal strengths, abilities and goals.For the year ended June 30, 2023, PRIDE Industries One, Inc. in connection with PRIDE Industries employed and/or provided services to over 7,000 individuals with diverse intellectual, developmental, physical, sensory, or mental health disabilities. As a nonprofit social enterprise, PRIDE Industries One, Inc. creates jobs in its own businesses. More than 300 individuals with disabilities were employed on hundreds of commercial contracts with PRIDE Industries One, Inc. The company's fleet of buses transports people who are unable to drive to work, training, and vital services. During the year ended June 30, 2023, over 51,500 individual rides were provided to transport individuals with disabilities to and from work.
