In 2023, the Feral Cat Spay/Neuter Project performed 9,149 spay/neuter surgeries on feral and free-roaming cats, and tame cats in the possession of rescue organizations or owned by individuals. Surgeries on tame cats are performed as part of our organization's "Feral Cat Prevention" program. Given our extensive experience and significant accomplishments in performing high quality, high volume, and low-cost surgeries, we have become a mentor for other organizations wishing to start or enhance spay/neuter programs in their communities. In addition to the support offered through our website, our board of directors and our staff regularly assist other individuals and organizations by providing technical and management guidance, clinic tours, and support over the phone, via correspondence and in person.
