IN EVERY CASE, EMPHASIS IS PLACED ON ESTABLISHING A PLAN OF PERMANENCY FOR EACH CHILD.CHILDREN NEEDING A PROFESSIONAL AND THERAPEUTIC FOSTER CARE PROGRAM, INCLUDING CHILDREN WITH MODERATE PSYCHOLOGICAL, SOCIAL OR PHYSICAL PROBLEMS ARE APPROPRIATE REFERRALS. SPECIAL ATTENTION IS GIVEN TO THE EMOTIONAL AND BEHAVIORAL NEEDS OF NEGLECTED AND ABUSED CHILDREN AND CHILDREN FROM DYSFUNCTIONAL FAMILIES.
