Consulting: Through individual or family consultations, we offer women and men who are facing the challenges of an unplanned pregnancy accurate and truthful information regarding abortion, parenting, and adoption. We extend material, financial, educational, emotional, spiritual, and limited medical support. We also offer community referrals for food and clothing, housing, medical and legal assistance, social services, and adoption. Our maternity program provides pre-natal and pregnancy information to the expectant parent(s). Participation in these consulting services permits enrollment in the Earn While You Learn program. In 2024, there were 2192 client visits that involved 297 individual mothers and fathers. Of the 297 individuals, 46 were first time moms. Demographically, the majority of clients are from Fayette County, and are in the 20-30 year old age range. Additionally, 20 parents were served through our court-ordered parenting program.

Earn While You Learn: The Earn While You Learn instructional program is designed to prepare our clients for successful parenting. This program rewards clients with token money that can be redeemed for baby items such as diapers, wipes, formula, hygiene products, cribs, car seats, clothing, toys, and other baby necessities. In addition, by learning healthy parenting skills, parents can improve the family environment and enhance the child's formative learning years. This, in turn, will positively affect the child's academic and social achievement. In 2024, there were 190 clients who specifically participated in the Earn While You Learn program. These clients completed 1460 learning modules and comprised 64% of our individual client base.

Ultrasound Program: Through the Ultrasound program we are committed to empowering pregnant women with life-affirming education and options during the decision-making phase of pregnancy. This is accomplished by offering a pregnant woman a limited ultrasound examination to give her the opportunity to view the ultrasound image of a viable fetus in utero and observe the fetal heartbeat. Our registered nurses also measure the baby for accurate gestational age. We are dedicated to providing this limited obstetrical ultrasound examination to her in order for her to make a more informed and educated decision regarding her pregnancy. It is our hope that a woman contemplating an abortion will instead elect to carry her unborn baby to term. In 2024, 62 ultrasounds were performed.
