RTCA PROVIDES A HOLISTIC CHRISTIAN EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS IN PK2 THROUGH GRADE 8, INCLUDING BETHLEHEM PRESCHOOL, LOWER SCHOOL, AND MIDDLE SCHOOL. BETHLEHEM PRESCHOOL SERVES PRE-K2 THROUGH PRE-K4 IN A NURTURING, CHRIST-CENTERED LEARNING ENVIRONMENT THAT ALLOWS CHILDREN TO LEARN, PLAY, AND INTERACT WITH OTHERS. THE PRESCHOOL AFFORDS STUDENTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH AND IMMERSED IN OUR "COMMUNITY OF LEARNERS" BY OFFERING MORE THAN "LEARNING THROUGH PLAY" IN THEIR FORMATIVE YEARS, THUS OPENING THE DOORS TO A LIFELONG PASSION FORLEARNING.THE LOWER SCHOOL SERVES KINDERGARTEN THROUGH FIFTH GRADE. THE SCHOOL PROVIDES EACH STUDENT AN OPPORTUNITY TO EXPERIENCE AN AWESOME JOURNEY OF LEARNING IN A CHALLENGING, FUN, LOVING AND NURTURING ATMOSPHERE. THE SCHOOL PROVIDES A RIGOROUS CURRICULUM TO BUILD A FIRM LEARNING FOUNDATION TO OPEN ALL FUTURE EDUCATIONAL DOORS OUR STUDENTS MAY DESIRE TO WALK THROUGH. WE SEEK TO ENHANCE THE ACADEMIC AND ARTISTIC INTERESTS OF ALL OUR STUDENTS AND BUILD UPON THEIR NATURAL ABILITIES AND TALENTS. THE ACADEMY AIMS TO CREATE WELL-ROUNDED STUDENTS WHO WILL NOT ONLY MAKE A DIFFERENCE IN THE WORLD TOMORROW BUT WHO WILL EFFECT CHANGE TODAY. OUR STUDENTS ENJOY CHALLENGING ACADEMIC COURSES AS WELL AS COURSES IN MANDARIN, SPANISH, MUSIC, ART, PHYSICAL EDUCATION AND TECHNOLOGY. THE MIDDLE SCHOOL SERVES SIXTH THROUGH EIGHTH GRADE. OUR MIDDLE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT ENCOURAGES BOTH ACADEMIC AND SOCIAL LEARNING TO PREPARE STUDENTS FOR HIGHER EDUCATION AND RESPONSIBLE CITIZENSHIP. THE ACADEMY IS COMMITTED TO THE HIGHEST STANDARDS OF EDUCATION, USING THE MOST ADVANCED TOOLS OF OUR DAY. THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM HELPS STUDENTS DEVELOP INTO PROBLEM SOLVERS, DECISION MAKERS AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATORS. THE ACADEMY PREPARES STUDENTS FOR THE WORLD BY REQUIRING THEM TO TAKE A GREATER ROLE IN THEIR EDUCATION TO HELP THEM BECOME RESPONSIBLE, COOPERATIVE, AND DISCIPLINED INDIVIDUALS. THE ACADEMY ENCOURAGES STUDENTS TO ENGAGE IN CONTINUAL SELF-EVALUATION AND REFLECTION TO EQUIP THEM FOR LIFE, SERVICE TO GOD AND COMMITMENT TO THEIR FELLOW MAN.
