APIA'S PROGRAMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE OPERATION OF HEALTH CLINICS, ALCOHOL COUNSELING CENTERS, PUBLIC SAFETY, ENVIRONMENTAL, ELDERLY, NUTRITION, EDUCATION, SOCIAL AND WELFARE SERVICES, CHILD PROTECTION, REHABILITATION, AND CULTURAL HERITAGE. OPERATIONS ARE FINANCED PRIMARILY BY COMPACTS, GRANTS, AND CONTRACTS FROM VARIOUS GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES.
