TO MAINTAIN A PRIMARY FOCUS ON THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF OUR CLIENTS "IN THIS SMALL TOWN ENVIRONMENT". TO DO "WHATEVER WORKS" TO INCREASE THE INTERPERSONAL, EMOTIONAL, BEHAVIORAL AND INTELLECTUAL SKILLS THAT ALLOW OUR CONSUMERS TO FUNCTION IN THE COMMUNITY AT THE HIGHEST POSSIBLE LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE.
