IGOF provides a shared space for groups that support its mission. These groups include the Seattle Go Center, Seattle Shogi, Zoka Go Club, and other regional Go groups. Seattle Go Center meets 3-4 times per week, with 40-65 people per week attending, depending on events. Seattle Shogi meets once per week with 6-10 people, and Zoka meets about once per week with a few people. Occasionally other groups use the space, such as a Japanese tea ceremony group or other cultural exchange groups. In addition, IGO is bringing visiting Go professionals to the shared space to teach and promote Go. IGOF pays for their transportation, accommodations, and food. These events have 20-30 people depending on the event and how many days the pro is resident.
