THE FOUNDATION WILL PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO NEW AND/OR EXISTING PRODUCERS IN NEED THROUGH LOANS AND OTHER MEANS TO HELP THEM BUILD SUCCESSFUL OPERATIONS THAT WILL CONTRIBUTE TO AND SUPPORT THE BEEF INDUSTRY.
