TO DO EVERYTHING NECESSARY, APPROPRIATE OR PROPER TO FULLY IMPLEMENT THE OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSES OF THIS ASSOCIATION AND FOLLOW NCHA RULES AND REGULATIONS. WORK TO BENEFIT THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH PROMOTION OF NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL AMATEUR SPORTS AND EDUCATION ON THE HERITAGE OF THE CUTTING HORSE.
