THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES INCLUDE FACILITATING THE CREATOR & MAKER TRAINING, COMPRISED OF COURSES INCLUDING: WEB BASICS, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, AND ADVANCED JS. IN THE COURSES, YOUNG PEOPLE LEARN HOW TO CODE IN VARIOUS COMPUTER PROGRAMMING LANGUAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, REACT, NODE.JS, PHYTHON, MONGODB, AND C. THE PROGRAM CURRICULUM ALSO INCLUDES AGILE METHODS (I.E., COLLABORATION, IDEA DEVELOPMENT, AND GIVING & RECEIVING FEEDBACK) TO HELP PARTICIPANTS DEVELOP PERSONALLY THROUGH LIFE COACHING, CASE MANAGEMENT AND VISION CASTING. THE CREATOR & MAKER TRAINING PROGRAM EQUIPS YOUNG PEOPLE WITH WEB, MOBILE AND HARDWARE DEVELOPMENT SKILLS WHILE EXPOSING THEM TO THE CREATIVE PROCESS, COLLABORATION, SOCIAL INNOVATION, AND DESIGN, WHICH CULMINATES IN A CAPSTONE PROJECT THAT ENCAPSULATES THEIR LEARNING. THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH TECHNOLOGY PROFESSIONALS, THE MATH AND SCIENCE DEPARTMENTS AT HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS, AND A LOCAL NETWORK OF SCHOOLS AND CHURCHES TO RECRUIT, TRAIN, HIRE, AND SUPERVISE COLLEGE AND GRADUATE SCHOOL STUDENTS TO SERVE AS INSTRUCTORS TO TEACH THE COURSE CURRICULUM. THE COLLECTIVE IMPACT APPROACH COALESCES A RANGE OF STAKEHOLDERS TO REACH YOUNG PEOPLE IN UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES. THE ORGANIZATION'S ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED IN SCHOOL, AFTER SCHOOL, AND THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER IN SCHOOLS, CHURCHES, AND COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS.
