IN 2023-2024, TEN TEN LIFE DEVELOPED OUR COUNSELING AND COACHING PROGRAMS TO INCLUDE 11 TOTAL COUNSELING PROVIDERS AND 11 TOTAL COACHING SERVICE PROVIDERS. DURING THE FY, TEN TEN LIFE PROVIDED FUNDING AND REFERRALS FOR 12 TOTAL MILITARY, VETERAN, OR FIRST-RESPONDER CLIENTS TO RECEIVE A TOTAL OF 76 COUNSELING SESSIONS AND 14 COACHING SESSIONS COLLECTIVELY. ADDITIONALLY, TEN TEN LIFE PROVIDED OPPORTUNITIES FOR OUR CLIENTS TO "PAY IT FORWARD" IN THE COMMUNITY BY SERVING AT-RISK YOUTH THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH OTHER NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS, AND FOSTERED COMMUNITY BUILDING BY HELPING TO FACILITATE HEALTH AND FITNESS ACTIVITIES AT A LOCAL GYM AND PROVIDING SEMINARS ON MENTAL HEALTH AT A FIRST RESPONDER EXPO. EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIP ALSO WORKED TO ENHANCE THE ORGANIZATIONAL INFRASTRUCTURE TO ALLOW FOR SIGNIFICANT FUTURE SCALING, AND INVESTED TIME IDENTIFYING OTHER ORGANIZATIONS WHO ALIGN WITH OUR MISSION. WE ARE EXPLORING MULTIPLE PARTNERSHIPS AND NEW PROGRAMMATIC OFFERINGS FOR THE FUTURE.
